The USC Fitness program gives members of the USC community access to a variety of fitness programs to enhance personal health & wellness. With options ranging from group fitness classes to massage, and private sessions for personal training, private Yoga, Pilates or private group sessions,  there are many opportunities here to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
