Academic Anxiety Group

Do You...
...have difficulty relating to others at school?
...find it difficult to talk to professors and/or TA's about your classes?
...have test-taking anxiety?
...isolate yourself from others?
...feel shy or hesitant to ask questions in class?

If your answer is "YES" to any of these questions, you may be interested in this group. This group will offer a SUPPORTIVE, CONFIDENTIAL PLACE where you can develop STRATEGIES to help OVERCOME these issues.

The Academic Anxiety Workshop offers a supportive, confidential place where you can develop strategies to cope with and help overcome academic-related anxiety issues.
