I am the Community Service Chair of my student organization. How can the Volunteer Center help me!?
|
| |
First, the Volunteer Center has different lists and handouts that specifically highlight community organizations that cater to large groups of volunteers. Second, you can use our searchable database to identify community agencies that might work with your group. Last, you can add a link to your organization’s website on our contacts page.

I want to volunteer, but I am really busy. What can I do?
|
| |
We have designed the CAST program specifically for people with rare and sporadic free time. CAST projects are a variety of one-time and short term projects offered by local non profits. A current list of CAST projects can be found under "CAST" on the left side of the webpage. |

I don’t have a car. Can I still volunteer in the community?
|
| |
Many of the Volunteer Center ’s projects are within walking distance of USC. Alternatively, we can help you coordinate use of public transportation. Transportation is arranged for Service Day projects, via bus or carpool. |
