4. How to get a website/email account?

All recognized student organizations are eligible to receive an email address and website. ITS will automatically place a disclaimer on all website pages. Account owners must be a current student.

To obtain an email and website address, please email stuacts@usc.edu with the following information.

New Accounts
Organization Name (Full name):
Account Owner* Name:
Account Owner* Email (must be USC email account):
Requested Account Name (No more than 8 characters):
*Because these accounts are for student organizations, the account owner must be a student.

Existing Accounts
Student organizations with existing accounts need only to renew their recognition before the first Monday in October to keep their accounts active.

To change the owner of an exisiting account, please email stuacts@usc.edu with the following information.
