SPANISH GOLDEN AGE PLAYS TRANSLATED FOR TODAY presents professional actors in adaptations of classic work by Los Angeles playwrights and USC School of Arts Dramatic Writing faculty Velina Hasu Houston, Oliver Mayer and Luis Alfaro. Though written 500 years ago, these plays have been updated to contemporary California with language that is decidedly American, urban, and funny.

Presented in association with Playwrights' Arena.

The performance venue is on campus at Parkside International Residential College's beautiful back lawn.

Plays included will be:

Dirty Fraud and Widowed Pimp, Cause Celebre and Painting in Red.

Light reception included
