Known for his collage-like, loose style of playwriting, Charles Mee's Summertime is a sweet, dreamy, romantic comedy about the passionate and idiosyncratic exploration of the nature of love. From the world of As You Like It, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Cherry Orchard, and Moliere and Magritte, this play is a companion piece to Wintertime, which features the same characters and setting in the winter season.
