Our Staff
The SCheduling Office staff is comprised of one full time production manager and ten student production managers. We are committed to providing our clients and their guests with quality customer and event services. In addition to our student production managers, the Department of Performance Venues employs 180 skilled student workers who serve as our Stage Managers, House Staff, Audio Technicians, Lighting Technicians, Event Operations, and Concierge personnel. The Department of Performance Venues is committed to providing our student employees with practical work experience as well as encouraging them to develop their professional and customer service skills through management opportunities and hands on interaction with high profile clients and up-to-date technology.

Scheduling Office Location
The Scheduling Office is located in the Bovard Auditorium/Administration Building Room 299.
The most direct access is from the exterior staircase on the southwest side of the building, next to the backstage doors of Bovard. The southwest side of the building is the corner closest to the USC Bookstore.
ADA Access is available from the front of the building by entering the glass doors to the left of the main wooden doors. These doors lead to public restrooms as well as the elevator to our office. If you get lost, don’t worry it happens to everyone the first time around – we’re hidden. Just give our reception desk a call at 213-740-6728 and we will provide you with real time, personalized instructions!
