TROUSDALE PARKWAY LIGHT POLE BANNER SPACES

Trousdale Parkway has 11 light poles with 2 hanging positions each for small banners.  Light pole reservations are available for recognized student organizations and USC departments only. The reserving organization is responsible for all installation and removal costs. Light pole banners must be professionally made.

TROUSDALE INFORMATION TABLES

The Scheduling Office has ten 4' tables which can be reserved for on campus marketing of events and organizations from 10am -2pm M-F. Trousdale tables may not be reserved for solicitations or non university marketing efforts. Tables spaces may be reserved for up to ten days per month. Groups and individuals are not permitted to set up their own tables on campus.

ELECTRONIC KIOSK DISPLAY 

The Office of Campus Activities oversees the content of an electronic kiosk in Hahn Plaza (directly infront of the Student Union). Recognized student organizations can submit a request to add their event to this display via this link:

CAMPUS CENTER AND STUDENT UNION DIGITAL SIGNAGE 

Digital signage managed by the Ronald Tutor Campus Center serves as a visual communication medium to inform students, faculty, staff, and visitors about events. This service offers the opportunity for officially recognized campus organizations and university departments to publicize events or broadcast announcements that are of student interest or student-oriented in nature.

FLIERS

Fliers can be posted on any one of four approved posting kiosks.  These are the only approved locations for posting. 

Kiosk 1 - Located directly south of the Norris Dental Science Center (DEN)

Kiosk 2 - Located in Herbert Plaza to the east of the JEP House (JEP)

Kiosk 3 - Located on Bloom Walk directly north of Harris Hall (HAR)

Kiosk 4 - Located on the walkway between Bloom Walk and Archimedes Plaza (OHE)

Posting is strictly prohibitied on all landscaping, the ground, on buildings or windows, statues, trash cans, light poles, phone booths, parking structures, parked cars, bicycles or other individual property, on top of previously posted materials, fountains, etc. Free standing signs and sandwich boards are not permitted. Chalking is not permitted. Groups posting in unapproved locations will be fined $1 per flier. 

LITERATURE DISTRIBUTION 

Individuals and groups up to five people are permitted to be on campus distributing literature without prior approval provided that such distribution does not affect the scheduled activites in that area and does not interfere with the essential opperations of the university.  Groups and individuals are not permitted to set up their own tables on campus. Larger groups wishing to come to campus to distribute literature must submit an event request with the Scheduling Office and be approved prior to coming to campus. Off campus organizations must check in and obtain approval from the Scheduling Office prior to any literature distribution on campus.

VENDOR SPACES

Non university organizations wishing to set up a table to market or sell products (other than food and beverages) to the USC community must do so as a Vendor.
