Trousdale Table Space Request

This form will allow you to request outdoor table space on the University of Southern California campus. Once this form is submitted, a venue production manger will be in contact with you regarding the status of your reservation request, cost, and paperwork details.

  • Requests are processed from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
  • Tabling cannot exceed ten (10) spaces during a monthly period.
  • Tabling hours are 10:00AM-4:00PM M-F.
  • Tabling is not permitted during official university functions or holidays including but not limited to Welcome Week and home football game days.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are first-come, first-served. Requests will be accepted starting August 1st for fall semester events, November 1st for spring semester events.

Please note: Any tables not picked up within the first hour of the reservation will be released to walk up requests. Organizations failing to pick up tables are subject to penalty.

Tables not picked up by clients one hour after the reservation start time will be cancelled. Tabling is only permitted on Trousdale Parkway against the north side of Alumni Park (from the North side of the USC Hedges to Hellman Way). A valid University ID will be required as a deposit for all student and departmental reservations. Non-USC personnel will be required to pay a $30 table rental fee. Owner must be present to retrieve their ID card; switching ID Cards is only permitted if both parties are present. Failure to return tables will result in replacement costs. Failing to properly return tables could result in a suspension of tabling privileges or a fine of $25. Tabling cannot exceed ten days during a monthly period.
The University of Southern California reserves the right to cancel any event if the group does not comply with USC policies and procedures or if USC officials cannot ensure the safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors. Student Organizations in violation of the reservation policy will receive an initial notice. A second violation will result in a $25 fine. A third violation could result in a suspension of all scheduling privileges.
This form serves as a request for space only. Events are not confirmed until you receive email confirmation from the Scheduling Office. By submitting this form, you are agreeing that your organization will comply with all USC policies and procedures.
