Bovard Auditorium Request

This form will allow you to request Bovard Auditorium at the University of Southern California. A venue production manger will be in contact with you regarding the status of your reservation request, cost, and paperwork details.

  • Online reservation requests must be received at least 5 weeks in advance for Bovard Auditorium.
  • Requests are processed 10:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday.
  • To make a reservation request within the required lead time of your event start time, you must call the USC Scheduling Office at 213.740.4211 and speak with a Bovard Production Manager directly to ensure your event's occurrence.

The selling of merchandise requires Scheduling Office Approval and Department of Public Safety approval. Additional forms are required for Student Organizations collecting money.

Food and beverages are not allowed in the auditorium or lobby, but may be served on the walkway immediately in front of the building. The selling or distribution of food or beverages requires Trojan Hospitality Approval. Contact Trojan Hospitality Services at 213.740.5956.

The University of Southern California reserves the right to cancel any event, in whole or in part if fees are not paid prior to the event, if the group does not comply with USC policies and procedures, if information for the event is altered without notifying the USC Scheduling office, or if USC officials cannot ensure the safety of students, faculty, staff or visitors.
This form serves as a request for space only. Events are not confirmed until you receive email confirmation from the Scheduling Office. By submitting this form, you are agreeing that your organization will comply with all USC policies and procedures.
