bag found in the weightroom will be confiscated and
returned for a fee of $2.00/bag. Please utilize day
use lockers.
Items left in lockers over night or past the rental
cut off date will be confiscated and returned for
a fee of $10/locker. Please renew before posted deadline.

Payment (in person) shall be made to USC at the Lyon Center.
Forms and applications are available online (download). Payment may be
made by check, cash, credit card, or USC discretionary at the Lyon Center.
No payroll deduction available. Members shall receive a sticker to be placed
on their valid USC ID card which must be presented upon entry to the building.
Picture ID is required.
