Your fitness and overall wellness is important and we want to be a part of your routine. Whether your routine includes group exercise or individual workouts, RecSports provides opportunities for the USC community.

All fitness programs (USC Workout, Personal Trainers & Massage Therapy) are open to USC students, faculty and staff. USC Workout (group exercise) includes styles such as SCycling (USC's form of spinning), cardioboxing, muscle conditioning, step (platform), yoga, mat pilates, water jogging, and basic aerobics.

If you are seeking employment as an instructor or a personal trainer, please check the Employment section to the left. Experienced instructors needed.
