USCard – Student Identification Card

The USCard serves as your student identification card during your time at USC. A USC ID card is a must and should be carried at all times while on campus by all students, as well as faculty and staff. The card, which identifies you as a currently enrolled student, also entitles you to various other privileges and potential uses on and off campus. Your student ID entitles you to use the University Library System, the Lyon Center and other recreational facilities. It also provides you with check-cashing privileges at the Cashier's Office and access to your USC TrojanHousing complex and computer centers located around campus.

Undergraduate students who attend a summer or mid-year orientation, including international students, must submit an electronic image to USCard for placement on their new identification cards as part of the Pre-Orientation Homework. Students who attend an on-campus orientation session can pick up pre-ordered USCards at their orientation sessions. Students who attend an off-campus orientation session or complete a materials request in lieu of attending an orientation session must also complete the Pre-Orientation Homework and can pick up their USCard when they arrive on campus.

Graduate students (domestic and international) should submit an image online by visiting the USCard website. Graduate students can pick up their USCard at the Graduate Student Orientation, International Student Orientation or when they arrive on campus.
