Overview

Graduate and professional students comprise nearly half the total student population at the University of Southern California and engage in a wide variety of academic disciplines. To welcome students to the community of scholars and teachers at USC, we offer a university-wide graduate student orientation.

We encourage all graduate students entering in the fall semester to attend the USC Graduate Student Orientation. This will provide you with information about campus services, university life and resources available to you. In addition, graduate students must attend the orientation offered by their school/department. There is no formal orientation for graduate students entering in the spring (except for international students).
