Cancellation and Refund Policy
Undergraduate Summer and Mid-Year Sessions
You must make any changes to a reservation by the session deadline. This includes adding guests, ordering additional T-shirts or changing session dates. Please refer to the cancellation and refund policy below.
Session charges for meals, refreshments and housing are paid with your reservation. A request for a refund due to cancellation will be handled as follows:
- 50% Refund: Cancellation before or on the 50% refund deadline
- No Refund: Cancellation after the 50% refund deadline or after the orientation session
Refunds for credit card payments are processed within two weeks of approval of the refund and are made to the credit card used to pay for the session.
Refunds for check or cash payments are processed in September (summer) or February (mid-year) after all orientation sessions have concluded. Processing takes approximately four to six weeks and refunds are made in the name of the student.
Please note: No refunds are given out at an orientation session.
