New students are expected to attend an Orientation session. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending, you may order a materials packet. We begin mailing materials in early December. Students requesting materials after January 1 must pick up their materials at the Orientation Programs office located at the Student Union Building, Suite B-7. There is no fee for ordering materials with the exception of international mailings.
A materials packet includes the following:
- Checklist for New Students (with contact information for academic advisors)
Students requesting materials should first review all information within the packet and then contact their academic advisor to arrange a telephone or in-person appointment.
Note: Students who attend Orientation receive priority registration. Students not attending an Orientation session who request a materials packet will be able to register for classes following the last on-campus Orientation session.
