Lily Chowana-Bandhu
Assistant Director

Lily Chowana-Bandhu is the Assistant Director in Orientation Programs. Her responsibilities include organizing logistics, staff development and training, and financial management. Lily grew up in San Diego and received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Prior to joining the Trojan Family, Lily was a part of the Dean of Students team at the University of California, Irvine assisting in the organization of new student orientation and leadership development programs. She recently completed her Master’s Degree in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the USC Rossier School of education.

For Lily, the best part about working in Orientation is being able to provide students with the tools and knowledge that will help them learn to become successful throughout their time at USC.
