OIS offers informational workshops on H-1B employment visa 2-3 times a semester during the fall and spring. While OIS does not advise students on H-1B matters, immigration attorneys experienced with the H-1B employment visa are invited to present on the topic.
The immigration attorneys also address students’ individual concerns through a question and answer session after the presentation. These workshops are usually 1 ½ hours in length with 30 minutes of questions and answers.
