Once an international student receives admission to USC, the Graduate Admissions (GA) office contacts the student to begin the steps in processing an I-20 (F-1 students) or DS-2019 (J-1 students). Students with questions related to I-20 issuance processes must contact the GA office via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
After the I-20/DS-2019 is issued by the GA, the Office of International Services (OIS) and the Orientation Programs office will serve as the main sources of contact in regards to obtaining information on preparing for arrival at USC. OIS is available to provide immigration and visa information as well as other pertinent resources to support and guide international students through their endeavors at USC.
