USC Undergraduate Student Government (USG) Student Housing Resource

The USC Undergraduate Student Government provides a list of ten important items to be aware of before, during and after entering into a residential lease.  This resource also provides information related to off-campus housing such as filing complaints, seeking legal counseling, safety tips and recommendations, and understanding tenant rights.
