Biography on Director Domenika Lynch

Domenika Lynch is the Executive Director of the Mexican American Alumni Programs at the University of Southern California. In this role, she manages the overall administration of the MAAA scholarship program and USC Latino alumni relations.
Formerly, Ms. Lynch was Vice President, Market Development Manager (MDM) for Bank of America; where she managed foundation and sponsorship requests, lead relationship building activities and community involvement initiatives for Los Angeles County.
As the Executive Director of Independent Colleges of Southern California (ICSC), Ms. Lynch managed the overall development and operations of ICSC. She served as an executive liaison between ICSC and the seventeen member colleges and universities.
During Ms. Lynch’s tenure at Univision Communications Inc., first as editor and writer for Univision Online’s education channel and then as Account Executive for KMEX, she developed an expertise for the Hispanic market and Hispanic media consumption habits.
Ms. Lynch is a graduate from the University of Southern California, where she majored in public administration. She is a former USC MAAA scholarship recipient.




Dolores Sotelo has been an integral part of the USC Trojan family since 1980. She served the student community through various campus organizations including the USC Office of Admissions, the USC School of Engineering – Minority Engineering Program, until she found her permanent home at the USC Mexican American Alumni Association. Aside from her duties at the MAAA, she has held leadership positions with the USC Latino Forum; the on-campus Latino staff support organization, and is active with the University Staff Club. She has been recognized and honored by student organizations, including USC SHPE, the USC Latino Business Students Organization and USC CPE, for her outstanding commitment to USC Latino students.
