The Queer & Ally Student Assembly (QuASA) is one of the cultural assemblies that make up Program Board. As a branch of the Undergraduate Student Government, Program Board provides student-run programming for the entire campus community.
QuASA is the umbrella organization for several different queer student groups. Traditional QuASA events include: Welcome Back Events, Coming Out Month (fall semester), The Drag Show (fall semester), Gender Justice Month (fall semester), Pridefest (spring semester), Second Chance Prom and many more.
- General QuASA Meetings are Mondays at 6 pm at University Religious Center (URC) 103 (open to everyone)
- QuASA Executive Board Meetings are Mondays at 9 pm at URC 103 (open to Executive Board members only)
To schedule an appointment with the QuASA Executive Director Mellissa Linton, email mflinton@usc.edu. As the student director, Mellissa has office hours in the Program Board office at TCC 224: Mondays 2-6 p.m., Wednesdays 10-12 p.m., and Thursdays 1-5 p.m. Everyone is welcome to stop by with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.
