The LGBT Resource Center attempts to provide affective and relevant programs and services for the University community. A method to guarantee the department’s programs and services remain current is to conduct annual assessments to discover what is working well for the department and develop strategies for improvement. - '03-'05 USC LGBT Statistics - a powerpoint detailing 2003 - 2005 LGBT assessments and research that includes information about LGBT students preceptions and general campus opinions about LGBT
- LGBT Resource Center 2012 Dashboard Assessment - evaluation of the student learning outcomes for the entire department and four signature programs (i.e., LGBT Peer Mentor Program, Faculty & Staff Ally Program, Generation Queer and University Rap).
Annual Departmental Assessment for Improving Program Performance
An annual mixed method assessment of the entire department's programs/services along with LGBT-related student organizations that utilizes focus groups and an online survey of LGBT and Ally students, staff and faculty.
LGBT Peer Mentoring Program
In 2010, the LGBT Resource Center’s LGBT Peer Mentoring Program (LGBTPMP) received an assessment grant from NASPA Region VI to conduct an assessment of the LGBTPMP mentees focusing on four development areas.
