The Black Marshall Women's Network (BMWN) aims to connect African American female students and alumni from the Marshall School of Business of the University of Southern California (USC), as well as those with an interest and passion for business throughout various industries. The network's foundation is supported through the use of virtual and real-time applications that aim to facilitate interaction and communication. BMWN will address and provide solutions for some of the challenges faced by African American females in business and be a source of current news and information that support and add to the overall successes of these women. BMWN will build off of the already existing strong community of USC by providing access to information, discussion, and mentorship.
