BLACK GRADUATE BUSINESS LEADERS (BGBL)
Black Graduate Business Leaders (BGBL) is dedicated to helping MBAs of African descent become successful leaders in academia and business. BGBL works to strengthen the economic, intellectual, and cultural wealth of the Black community. In addition, BGBL strives to illustrate to the Marshall student body, alumni and potential employers that diverse perspectives strengthen our value proposition and help build stronger, more inclusive communities. Ultimately, BGBLs goal is to build networks that result in formal and informal career advancement opportunities and overall development for our members.
