In the fall of 2004 SISTERS IN SPIRIT (SIS) was formed to help unify and foster true sisterhood among collegiate women interested in bettering themselves spiritually. Once per week, SIS members get together and do what women do and discuss topics that pertain to college and personal life. Facilitated by a group discussion leader, we have the chance to ask questions, make comments, and give advice, while comparing all that is said to God's word. SIS offers a comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere for women curious, searching and willing to learn more about what a true relationship with the Lord is all about. Some of our past events included: "Striving for Excellence" Student Unity Brunch, "The Value of a Woman" Valentine's Day Breakfast and "Leaps of Joy" Praise Dance Concert (in conjunction with our SISTER organization, Anointed Vessels of Praise). God Bless.
