AFRICAN AMERICAN CULTURAL CELEBRATION 2017
Bridging our past with our present, the African American Cultural Celebration (AACC) serves as a traditional rite of passage that recognizes and affirms students of African descent who have completed a rigorous journey through academia at the University of Southern California. This largely attended celebration consists of 2 events, the AACC Recognition Dinner and the AACC Ceremony. This highly anticipated celebration unites students, families, and friends through culture and achievement.

AACC 2017 CEREMONY: Thursday, May 11, 2017 8:00pm – 10:00pm, Bovard Auditorium

Registration to participate in the AACC 2017 Ceremony is FREE for ALL graduating students. ALL participants are required to register, click here to complete your registration.

Registered graduates have the option to purchase the AACC 2017 Packagebeginning Wednesday,November 9, 2016. The last day to purchase a package is March 31, 2017. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE ONLINE through the CBCSA WEBSITE. Please note that all purchases are non-refundable.

Want to give a shout-out to your graduating friend? Do your parents want to give a shout-out to express how proud they are of you? Does your organization want to commend a student leader for a job well done? If so, submit an ad in the AACC 2017 Souvenir Book.

EL RODEO YEARBOOK PHOTOS
Each year, El Rodeo features a Graduates section with portraits of those students who are receiving degrees (as undergraduates or graduates). All portraits are taken on campus, in the Student Union Building (STU) on the fourth floor. We will be using these portraits for the AACC Souvenir Books. USC GRAD FAIR
The Grad Fair is your one-stop event to purchase commencement-related items and ask questions. Vendor tables will be set up where students will be able to do everything from ordering caps and gowns to buying announcements and class rings. Graduating students are encouraged to attend.

LAST DAY TO PURCHASE AACC 2017 PACKAGE: March 31, 2017
MANDATORY REHEARSAL Monday, May 8, 2016, 5:00pm-7:00 pm, Bovard Auditorium
All students who are registered to participate in the AACC 2017 Ceremony must attend. Graduates who purchased the AACC 2017 package or a la carte items, will receive their items at the rehearsal.

All graduates will need to arrive in cap and gown by 6:45 pm to prepare for the processional and take pre-celebration photos.
