INSIDE TRACK
Inside Track is USC’s newest mentorship program that connects experienced USC leaders with incoming students. The primary goals of the program are to develop USC’s future leaders by providing support and guidance for new students, increasing student awareness of campus and community resources, and creating a network of leaders at USC. The lasting relationships created will help students to figure out the “in’s and out’s” of USC. During the program the mentors will provide the mentees with the following experiences:
- Participate in a community service
project
- Attend the Welcome reception
- Attend the monthly events with
your mentor/mentee
- Attend at least 2 USC LEAD workshops/Leadership
Week speakers
- Attend the Closing Ceremony
At the conclusion of the semester, all mentor/mentee pairs who have successfully completed the required elements will receive a certificate of completion at the closing ceremony. This is a unique opportunity for both students to learn about leadership while having fun!
