The SCP Online Exit Evaluation is designed to be submitted when a student completes their participation in the SCP program. Therefore, authorized access is only granted to those qualified students. If you are a current student in SCP, you can provide feedback and suggestions to us by accessing the general CAS Feedback form. If you are a former SCP student who did not fill out an Exit Evaluation, and you are unable to login to the Exit Evaluation page, please call SCP at (213) 740-8202 for assistance with submitting your Exit Evaluation.
