Eligibility:

USC Workout classes are open to USC students, faculty, staff, and guests. See Prices & Fees page for class rates. Note:There is a $10 drop-in fee for taking single group exercise classes.

Location:

Classes are held in the Lyon Center in the Group Exercise Room and the new Robinson Fitness Room (second floor). Group exercise classes are also held at the NEW HSC Fitness Center located in the Soto Street Building (SSB) at 2001 Soto Street.

SCycling & TRX Suspension Training:
|
SCycling and TRX Suspension Training classes require sign-up (at the front desk) 30 min. prior to class at the front desk of both fitness facilities.

Student and fitness center semester prices list on the Prices & Fees Page. Mid-semester prices are also available starting on Nov. 1st, Mar. 1st, & July 1st. Applications are available online in pdf format (downloadable).

Special Events:

Special schedules are posted online for breaks, holidays, exams, and stop periods.

NIKE:
|
Once per semester, NIKE holds a special event class for USC Workout members. In the 2011- 2012 school year, USC students enjoyed Nike Training Club workouts with elite trainers, product trials and give-aways.
