Trojan Fitness Programs and Services
USC Workout : We stay on top of fitness trends to offer you a variety of group exercise classes, including: SCycling, Nike Training Club, Hip Hop, Muscle Conditioning, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, and more! Read more about the different classes (class descriptions) here!
Massage Therapy : Experience the incredible benefits of massage with a customized private session from a certified and knowledgeable massage therapist.
Personal Training : Our qualified personal trainers provide the support you need to reach your fitness goals. We will help you find a personal trainer who will customize an individual program and motivate you toward a higher level of physical health. Meet your trainers!
Pilates Reformer : Work one-on-one with a certified and experienced instructor who will guide you through a personalized program tailored to meet your needs and goals. You will use the reformer to increase strength, stability, flexibility, and agility.
**Private Pilates Mat instruction is also available upon request.**
Private Yoga and Private Pilates: For those who would like personalized coaching or have special needs that they would like to address, private sessions will help you reach the next level in your yoga or pilates practice. Fill out a trainer request form to set up a one-on-one or partner session.
