USC University Park Campus (UPC) is home to several recreation and athletic facilities. These facilities include the Lyon Center, McDonalds Swim Stadium, Tennis Court Sport Courts (NEW), Cromwell Track and Field, McAlister (North Campus) Field, Figueroa Recreation Center, Trojan Family Tennis Courts, and the Physical Education Building. The Lyon Center and McDonalds Swim Stadium are fully accessible to members of the USC community.
The NEW HSC Fitness Center, scheduled to open in Fall 2011, is a highlight on the Health Science Campus. Located In the 2001 Soto Street Building, the 10,000-square-foot HSC Fitness Center, houses a variety
of cardiovascular and fitness equipment, weights, two group exercise rooms, restrooms, showers and day-use-only lockers.
Some equipment will be available for check out. Adjacent to the fitness center, a lighted basketball court and multi-purpose area (with amphitheatre) is available for drop-in, intramural programs, and reservations. The HSC Fitness Center is one of the newest additions to the University's enhancement of the quality of campus life.
Recreation facilities are open to USC students, faculty and staff with valid current USC identification. Guest and alumni memberships are also available. Please check the Membership page for prices and fees.
