Pac-12 Fitness Challenge Week 2014

Stay tuned for updates on special events and information on how to sign up to log your minutes so we can LEAD THE PAC as we challenge the rest of the Pac-12!

Additional Events: 

All USC Workout (group exercise) classes are free to students, faculty and staff!

Join us for special Introduction classes for TRX, Turbokick, and SCycling!

Enjoy extended 75 minute classes of Yoga, Zumba and SCycling!

 

Monday:

Run & Walk Meet-Up: 5-6pm, meet at Lyon Rec Center lobby

FREE chair massages: 3-5pm, LRC lobby

Intro to TRX: 11:30am-12pm, Robinson Room

Extended Yoga: 12pm-1:15pm, Group X Room

Intro to Turbokick: 5-5:30pm, Group X Room

Super SCycling: 5:30-6:45pm, Robinson Room

 

Tuesday:

Stress Management Fair: 1-3pm, LRC lobby

Ask a Trainer booth: 6-7pm, LRC lobby

FREE Core Power and Zico water product sampling: 4-8:30pm, LRC lobby

Intro to TRX: 5-5:30pm, Robinson Room

 

Wednesday:

Nike Training Club Elevated Event: 5:30-6:30pm, LRC Main Gym

Extended Yoga: 12-1:15pm, Group X Room

 

Thursday:

Fit Fest: 4-6pm, *Change of Location* Group X Fitness Room at Lyon Rec Center

FREE Core Power and Zico water product sampling: 4-8:30pm LRC lobby

Intro to SCycling: 11:30am-12pm, Robinson Room

 

Friday:

Meditation Yoga 12-1:15pm, Tutor Campus Center (TCC) 351/352

Ask a Trainer booth: 3-4pm, LRC lobby
