Lyon Center and HSC Fitness Center invites you to participate in the 2013 Well-U Week. A week of special fitness classes and wellness workshops brought to you by USC Recreational Sports and campus wellness partners. Come to the Lyon Center and participate in our Wellness activities. Each time you participate in an activity, you can place your name in the opportunity drawing for some great prizes (including iPod nanos, massage session, dinner for two at The Lab, and more!)

 

Our wellness program tag is "BE FIT. BE WELL" and we want all Trojans to make those healthy lifestyle choices to create balance -- a healthy balance of mind, body, and spirit. Try something new. Rediscover something old. 

 

Mon, April 15

  • Lyon Center and HSC Fitness Center - FREE access for USC staff/faculty

  • 12-1pm: Promoting Sexual Health (LRC Conference Room) Office of Wellness and Health Promotion

  • 4pm-7pm Core Power (Product sampling) LRC Lobby
  • 4:30pm Ask the Personal Trainer (HSC Fitness Center) Trainer available to answer your questions
  • 5-7pm: Ask the Trainer (LRC lobby) Trainer available to answer your fitness questions!
  • 5:30pm: SUPER SCycling (75 min class) LRC Robinson Room
  • 6:30pm SCycling/Yoga (HSC Fitness Center)

  • 4pm-7pm Core Power (Product sampling) LRC Lobby
  • 5-7pm: OAR: Outdoor Adventure Rentals (LRC lobby) Let's Go Outdoors!
