IT Support for Student Affairs
Our Mission is to provide timely and effective technical support for Student Affairs. To service and develop a comprehensive technical environment for the benefit of our faculty, staff, and students is our primary objective. We offer a secure and robust network infrastructure, provide desktop support, mobile services, email, and web development. We partner with departments to provide the necessary technological tools in order to enable Student Affairs to successfully meet the goals of USC.
We are located on the University Park campus in the Student Union Building, 3601 Trousdale Pkwy, Room 408.
This site and services are provided for the Division of Student Affairs only. Technical support for non-Student Affairs personnel can be obtained by contacting USC Information Technology Services at 213-740-5555 or from the USC ITS Home link below.
Support for PCs and Macs: including installation and configuration, standarization, and troubleshooting.
Network infrastructure: including account and resource access, file sharing, email, web, and security.
Support for mobile devices: including Android phones and tablets, iPhones, iPads, and laptops.
Administrative Support: including hardware and software procurement, telecom, and special projects.
